Holistic psychotherapy is an integrative approach to mental health that acknowledges the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. In our sessions, we explore the roots of your trauma, mental health, thoughts, feelings, and any barriers or challenges you may face. By addressing the whole person rather than just isolated symptoms, this approach promotes deep healing and personal growth. It supports your overall well-being and provides comprehensive care tailored to your unique needs and experiences.

This is an important step in your journey, and I invite you to reflect on the following questions: - Am I feeling overwhelmed or stuck in my emotions or life situation?
- Am I feeling lost in my life?
- Do I feel like I’ve tried everything else?
- Is my mental health affecting my relationships, work, and general functioning?
- Do I need help processing a specific event or trauma?
- Do things feel out of control?
- Do I feel like I want to understand myself better?
- Am I ready to explore what needs to change? Am I curious about this journey?

Therapy can help with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, grief and loss, stress, and self-esteem. It’s also a space for personal growth, self-understanding, and developing healthier coping strategies for everyday life.

Getting Started
-

The initial 15-minute consultation is a free, no-pressure conversation to help us determine if we’re a good fit. You can share what you’re looking for in therapy, ask questions about my approach, and get a sense of what working together might feel like. It’s also a chance for me to learn more about your needs and explain how I can best support you.

In our first session, we’ll discuss your current concerns, family, work, lifestyle, mental health, and anything else you'd like to share. You don’t need to share everything right away—we’ll take our time to gradually explore deeper topics. I recommend finding a comfortable, private space where you can feel at ease. Some clients find it helpful to bring blankets, tissues, or a notebook. While it’s not required, some people like to jot down thoughts beforehand to feel more organized. I also welcome chaotic trauma dumping—sometimes you just need to get it all out. Since our sessions are virtual, you’re welcome to join from wherever you feel comfortable—whether that’s your car, work, a park, or even while out walking. Do what feels right for you. I’ll guide you through the session and help orient you as we go along. And remember, you can ask questions at any point.
